Refund policy

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@meguri-group.co.jp with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund the price of the item to your original payment method.

This applies to both samples and 1 kg bags.
