Terms of service

  1. Scope. These terms apply to purchases made at shop.meguri-group.co.jp, operated by meguri Inc. ("we").
  2. Orders. A contract is formed when you place an order and your payment is completed.
  3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in USD on each product page. Payment is taken in advance at checkout.
  4. Shipping and delivery. We ship from the producer's factory or warehouse in Japan. Title and risk pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier, except for orders where we pay import duties and taxes (DDP), where they pass on delivery.
  5. Import. You are responsible for any registration or permit required in your country. We will help prepare the documents needed for import. Who pays duties and taxes depends on the destination, as shown on the product page.
  6. Returns. Returns are handled under our Refund policy.
  7. Resale. You may not resell our products under the name or logo "Omakase Matcha" without our permission.
  8. Liability. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
  9. Intellectual property. Text, photos and logos on this store belong to us or their rightful owners.
  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
